Where do I begin with compliments about A-Tech Plumbing? Aaron himself answered the phone on the 2nd ring, scheduled me for 7am the very next morning, and not only DID he show up…but right on schedule (that in itself is a rarity here in Puna!). He patiently and thoroughly spent time investigating the possible cause(s) of my plumbing concern. Of course, it wasn’t acting up when he arrived. Nonetheless, while here he noticed a calcium build up on my faucets and said it was because my water filters need to be changed more often. He then took my spare filters and changed them out for me “free of charge”! Who does that kind of above-and-beyond customer service anymore? A-Tech Plumbing gets an A+ rating from me and is the ONLY plumbing service I will use from now on!!! Nextdoor

My master room drains were clogged. I called plumbers that were referred to me but no one called back. Then I saw A-Tech Plumbing in the Nextdoor app and he actually answered the phone! That’s unheard of in Puna. Not only did A-Tech answer my call, they came out on the same day! His price was so reasonable and affordable that I will definitely keep their number in my Fav-5 of service providers. Not only is A-Tech reliable, they do a professional and complete job and cleaned up beautifully before leaving my home with all faucets and drains flowing like new, and he’s a good guy too. Plumber came the very next morning and right on time for a possible plumbing leak. It was not leaking when he arrived but he noticed my fixtures were covered in lime and said it was due to my water filters not being changed often enough. He then changed my two filters “free of charge” and said to call him again if the leaks reappears. Superior customer service…I won’t be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs from now on! Angi
